How do I book an experience?

Open an experience and select “Book now”. That takes you to the booking partner, where you choose a date, see the live price and complete the booking.

Who takes my payment?

The booking partner does. AfricaGoNow never handles payments, so your card details are never entered on this site.

Are the prices shown final?

Prices on AfricaGoNow are indicative starting prices — shown as “from” amounts per person. The partner confirms the exact price for your date, group size and any extras at checkout.

How do I change or cancel?

Contact the booking partner named in your confirmation email. Cancellation terms are set by the partner and shown before you pay.

Why do some listings show no rating?

We only show ratings and review counts when they come from a verified partner feed. If a listing has none yet, we leave the field out rather than filling it with an estimate.
